How signing works

It opens on your quote. It works on a phone, tablet or computer.

Read everything
Your quote, plus any terms, safety documents or photos the business included.

Sign
Enter your name, then draw or type your signature once. Tap each box to place it.

Accept
When every box is done, tap Accept. A signed copy comes to your email.
Common questions
My link has expired
Open it anyway and tap Request a new link. The business is told straight away and can send you a fresh one.
I have a question about my quote
Tap Ask a question on the signing page and it goes straight to the business. For anything about the work or the price, the business that sent your quote is the one to talk to.
I don't want to go ahead
Tap Decline on the signing page. You can add a reason if you like, but you don't have to.
The quote changed after I opened it
If the business updates your quote, the same link shows the new version and what changed. You only sign again where something is different.
Is it secure?
Your link is private to you and can't be guessed. Each signature is recorded with the time and the exact documents you saw, in a certificate that comes with your signed copy. Once you accept, the link closes within half an hour.
Who runs this?
Quote Buddy is made by DRH Technologies for businesses that use ServiceM8. The business that sent your link prepares your quote and decides what's in it.
